Find your way around

The navigation bar sits across the top of every screen. Here's what's on it, left to right.

  1. The home link

    Procurement XP (far left) is your home — click it any time to return to the overview page.

  2. The section links

    The links across the top take you to each area of the platform:

    • Vendors — your approved and active vendor directory.
    • Prospective Vendors — vendors working through the registration and review process.
    • Contracts — create, manage, and track contracts.
    • Purchase Requisitions — raise and manage purchase requisitions.
    • Projects — sourcing and procurement projects, including bidding and auctions.

  3. The far-right icons

    • Notifications (bell) — alerts for actions that need your attention.
    • User menu (person) — access your profile, adjust settings, or sign out.
